For a long while I have wanted to create a guide to what I believe is great leadership and now I have finally done just that.
You see many years back when I started out in corporate training, leadership was one of the areas I was handed as an opportunity to develop, the more I researched the more I found... I also found many not so good leaders and wanted to give them a hand up.
To cut a long story short I am truly fascinated in what makes highly effective leaders, what they are and how they get results.
Perhaps the biggest thing I found was some leaders are born that way and many learn the skills, usually learning it the hard way. My aim from very early on was to make the learning and implementation part of my leadership training easy.
Since developing the first leadership program I have met some incredible people, and passed on some exceptional techniques and strategies that are often so simple and effective it's amazing. Oh and of course I have learnt more along the way...
I have put together this web site to outline some of my best secrets on leadership and included some solid how to options to get you started. I wanted to share the information you don't always get in books and so the list is full of some of my best information researched over many years.
Of course I teach people many things and leadership is just a really big part of all of them combined. So feel free to contact me if you want to learn more. My hope is that people will take the initial information (hey it's free!) and use it to make their leadership style really something special.
